Omdat die voorsiening in die spesifieke behoeftes van ons gemeenskap Tygerberg 104FM se hartklop is, is die gehalte van ons toerusting, voortdurende opleiding van ons personeel en deurbraak innovering van ons programme, musiek, promosies en advertensies daarop gefokus om lewende klanke aan die luisteraar-oor te bring. Tygerberg 104FM se X-faktor is vervat in sy roeping “om ons luisteraars te inspireer en te impakteer met die verlossingskrag van Jesus Christus”. Ons luisteraar-gemeenskap weet presies wat hulle gaan kry wanneer hulle inskakel op Tygerberg 104FM. Boonop is Tygerberg 104FM in Mei 2014 beloon met altesame vyf gesogte MTN Radio Toekennings, waar onder Gemeenskapsradiostasie van die Jaar. Dit is die tweede keer in drie jaar dat Tygerberg 104FM wegstap met dié gesogte titel. Dié rekord getal toekennings span die kroon op die radiostasie se groei en vordering die afgelope 21 jaar.
