We are a vocational broadcasting school maintaining its North Carolina Department of Community Colleges (NCDOCC) licensure as a proprietary trade school. We are accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).For over 60 years, The Carolina School of Broadcasting has been training students for careers in electronic media. We are the oldest stand alone broadcast proprietary trade school in America. It was founded in 1957 in Charlotte, North Carolina by William A. (Bill) Vaughn.
