I fully support the news law,implementation is going to be the challenge. The problem with Jamaica disorder and crime law and order is much to do with the fact that far too many people will only see the problem when they are victim but not when they are beneficiary. A family will not report those who they know have comited crime but when it is there family is the victim they want the crime to be resolved .Everybody must be prepared to speak on what they see and what they know ,otherwise crime will never be solve in Jamaica.
