WRBH 88.3 FM Reading Radio WRBH 88.3 FM, Radio for the Blind and Print Handicapped, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is the only full-time reading service on the FM dial in the United States. At WRBH, our mission is to turn the printed word into the spoken word so that the blind and print handicapped receive the same ease of access to current information as their sighted peers. We are dedicated to helping the blind and print handicapped through our volunteer reading. Our station empowers and informs a large, but traditionally overlooked sector of the population. Our listeners include: the elderly who are beginning to experience loss of vision, the illiterate, individuals unable to read for a period of time due to illness, those who cannot afford to purchase print media and may not have transportation to the local library, nursing home residents, sighted individuals who enjoy a broad range of programming, and the blind. http://wrbh.org
