A small Community Minded Station where everyone is welcome and people of all ages and abilities are given a chance to have a voice Vectis Radio has been broadcasting since January 23rd 2010 on the world wide web and the for last 12 months our streaming figures have been in excess of 4'200 UNIQUE Streams every month put in another way those 4000 plus unique streamers are switching on Vectis Radio in excess of 23'000 times a month. Vectis Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day from The Riverside Centre in Newport and are made up of mainly volunteers of all ages, abilities and walks of life with shows right across the musical spectrum, celebrity, local causes, characters and charity interviews. We have been compared to Radio 2 but with a bigger music variety and a bit of local edge.
