Fresh pumps out the latest dance and urban anthems to hundreds of thousands of Adelaide listeners every week and is the platform for local artists to get their music out to a worldwide audience. More than just a radio station, Fresh is a way of life for its young listeners. Dedicated to educating, empowering and entertaining Adelaide’s young community, Fresh is an identity and culture that the youth can call their own. Fresh stays true to its community roots, with the station relying on its dedicated and passionate young volunteers who play a large role in contributing to everything, whether it be on-air or behind the scenes. In 1997 3 mates returned from an interstate holiday with the idea of filling the niche of a youth and dance music based radio station in Adelaide.
