Over 300,000 people call Wandsworth home and they deserve a community radio service providing local news and other content showcasing the people who live here. Wandsworth Radio was set up with only the community in mind. We are a Community Interest Company which is designed to only make profit for the benefit of the local community. It is a company limited by guarantee and has governing documents that dictates what it can or can’t do, much like a charity. We train and support volunteers to develop skills so they’re able to create a variety of radio shows. Wandsworth Radio isn’t just about the team working at our studios in Battersea, its designed to benefit the whole community.
